Yes! We do not allow anyone under the age of 4 to go tubing due to safety restrictions. Ages 4-6 are required to wear a life jacket and walk around the tube chute. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to go tubing without someone 18 or older to accompany them. If you are 16 or 17, you may go by yourselves, but only if a parent/ guardian is there to give consent when filling out the tubing contract.
Yes! We prioritize your safety and have life jackets for all ages!
Nope. That’s how we keep air in the tube.
Yes, we offer shuttle rides for everyone! If you are renting tubes from us, the shuttle is included. If you are using your own tubes, it will be $25/ person
We ask that everyone has their tubes returned by 7pm.
We stop shuttling people for tube rides at 5pm, so please arrive before then if you are planning on tubing. If you happen to park in our auxiliary lot, we ask that you are back by 8pm when we close. If you make it back after 8pm, we will still take you back to your car.
When you arrive, you will be asked to pay the parking fee by a parking attendant (we take cash and card) and will be given wristbands and a parking slip. You will then be showed where to park. If you are here to float on a weekday, go upstairs to the restaurant where you will be helped pay for tubing. If you are here on a weekend, we will have someone downstairs under a tent to help you with tubing. Once everything is filled out, you will be handed a tubing slip which will have where you’re being shuttled up to and how many tubes you need. When you (and your entire group) is ready to get on the bus, hang your slip to one of the guys downstairs and they will load your tubes and tell you which bus to get on. You will be shuttled up the river and will tube back down to us.
No, the wristband just shows that you payed for parking and are allowed to be on the property.
Nope! We will shuttle you up river and you will float back down to us.
No, we have great burgers that you can buy at the restaurant.
We don’t allow anyone to stay on the property overnight, but we do have cabins across the street at Oak Hill River Inn. Feel free to visit the website to get more information!
If you are just here to eat, please park upstairs at the restaurant parking. If you are here to hang out, you must pay the parking fee and the parking attendant will show you where to park.
If you are eating and then leaving, you do not have to pay the fee. If you choose to hang out by the water after you eat, you are allotted one hour and then you must pay the parking fee.
Yes, and we do not charge to use it.
It depends on how much rain we have had recently. Please check the Canyon Lake release rate before your trip, or feel free to call us and we will provide you with information on the water flow.
The paper you sign before going on your tubing trip is to help ensure your safety. Everyone 18 or older must sign it as a way to acknowledge that you are responsible for yourself on the river and that there is potential danger when floating, such as rapids.
No, but we will be more than happy to hold your keys for you while you are on your floating trip. This is highly recommended since people tend to lose their keys often on trips.
We will provide you with trash/can bags to use while you are tubing. Remember, there is up to a $500 fine for littering.
We accept cash, card, and Apple Pay (at the restaurant).
You do not have to make a reservation. It is a first come, first serve basis, so please plan accordingly, especially if you are tubing with a large group.
YES!! We love having dogs here, but they must remain on a leash. We also have a shovel and bags, so if your dog poops you MUST scoop.
